Dave Coughlin is an Engineer at Orange County Fire Rescue in Florida, having been with the department for 12 years. Dave has assisted with Orange County's Fire Department wellness team for several years, during which , he has been both a Peer Fitness Trainer and a Recruit Training Officer.
Dave is the event coordinator for the 343 Hero Challenge, a fitness event that honors the fallen 9/11 firefighters and raises money for local charities. He lives with his wife Shannon, daughter Katherine and son Ryan.
Jason Wheat is a firefighter at Orange County Fire Rescue in Florida and was recently promoted to run the "Fit Pit", the department's strength and conditioning facility. Jason was a professional football player, Army Combat Medic, Pro bodybuilder and a member of the FireSled team.
