Episode 271 - Steve Harrold

Lt Col Steve Harrold is a retired fighter pilot turned firefighter/paramedic (yes you read that right). Steve is also the co-founder of the Knights of Heroes Foundation; running camps for the families of fallen military. We discuss his journey into the Air Force, leadership, the importance of mentors, honouring the fallen and much more.

Steve is the co-founder of Knights of Heroes. He and his wife Suzanne have two boys, Jake and Tanner. Steve retired from the Air Force in 2015 after 21 years as an F-16 pilot. He did a short stint as a paramedic in the Colorado Springs Fire Department before becoming a civilian flight instructor. In 2018, Steve stepped down from the board of directors to take on the position of Operations Director.
