Episode 395 - Travis Wade

Travis Wade is a Marine, actor, producer and Save A Warrior alum. We discuss his traumatic childhood, military service, the craft of acting, exposing Hollywood predators, making "The Last Full Measure", heroism in Vietnam and much more.

Travis Wade is a Marine Veteran with an extensive career in the entertainment industry. He has been a successful working actor in over 42 projects, acting with such names as Steven Spielberg, Christopher Plummer, Sebastian Stan, Robert Patrick, and Laurence Fishburne. As a producer, he is proving to be equally successful. Travis has not only produced the Award-Winning Documentary Extinction Soup; but also, the much-anticipated war drama, The Last Full Measure, for writer / director Todd Robinson.

He is currently producing two series; Cult Of The Dead, based on the book series written by Dr. Charles Levy; and Home, along with Scott Levy, which is based on the book series Going Home, by Chris Weatherman. Travis is currently producing Todd Robinson’s new project El Dorado, and Dale Dye’s upcoming feature-film, No Better Place to Die, alongside Oscar winning producer Mike Meadavoy and Tom Hanks, with Gary Sinise attached. He is also currently developing a retelling of a timeless Christmas classic with Windhorse Entertainment.

Travis recently formed two new businesses; MBR Media 1111 with business partners Dr. Charles Levy and Vicki Bartle; and iPitch with Vicki Bartle.

In his spare time, he likes to help bring awareness to animals in need and also to the veteran community, which led him to co-found and partner Arm The Animals; and TRUTH 11:11 which he co-founded with Vicki Bartle. Travis is also active in Save A Warrior (SAW) and sits on the board of Bud’s Odyssey.

Travis also enjoys introducing the youth in society to the arts and has been teaching in Vietnam for the past decade.

Travis currently resides in South Laguna Beach, CA with his fiancé Alexis Ziemba and their three rescue pups Phili, Chewi and Leia.
