“I am a San Bernardino County Firefighter and have been for the past 13 years. I have also been an Engineer Paramedic and a SWAT medic for the past 8 years. I played collegiate baseball on a full-ride scholarship for California Baptist University and have always prided myself on my drive and work ethic. Nothing has ever really come easy to me, but that made me work harder in order to achieve my dreams and be the best I can be. I have an amazing wife, three kids, incredible parents, in-laws and friends who have always supported me through all my endeavors.

Trying to keep everything balanced in my life has been a juggling act but I know that with the help of God and a positive attitude I will continue to succeed in my life. I love helping others and strive to be better on a daily basis. One word that is often used in describing me is “passionate”. I thank God daily for the abilities that He has given me and I hope to make an impact on just one person’s life when they see the way in which I live my life and how I carry myself. CrossFit is just an avenue to touch so many people’s lives and the fact it is completive and something I enjoy doing really makes all of my achievements that much more rewarding.”
