Mark Bradley and his colleagues have unique experience of Psychological Support, Trauma and Critical Incident training and care for organisations in the UK and overseas. Mark himself specialises in working at major traumatic incidents from sudden deaths at work to major incidents such as the Paris, Brussels, Tunisia and Manchester Arena bombing He has developed and led psychological support sessions at a number of hostile environment courses as well as becoming qualified in the field himself; working in hostile environments such as Afghanistan, Iraq, West Africa and Central America.
As well as major incidents Mark and his colleagues also work with organisations promoting a pro-active approach to mental and emotional health in the workforce via a series of training sessions and/or responding to the common issues regarding work/home life such as burnout, stress, anxiety, depression and physical illness. Our consultants have worked closely with other parties such as Tour Ops, Cruise Ships, EAPs', National Law & Security Forces, the FCO and Int. Media companies/networks.
Due to their particular skills and experiences they bring a positive over sight and advice to many of these operations, particularly overseas work, protecting and even enhancing business reputations. Our consultants have been published in major journals and regularly called upon to provide expert opinions across a wide range of psychological issues for the national media. We have appeared on programmes such as Radio 4, the BBC and also taken part in documentaries dealing with enduring mental health issues.
