I am proudly born in Albuquerque and a graduate of Sandia High School. Realizing very early I wanted to be a firefighter I geared all my studies and workouts to the high demands of becoming a firefighter. I have always been physically active starting at a young age dancing with the family owned Duke City Stars dance team while at the same time playing soccer and gymnastics.

The summer going into high school I walked into Mr. Winkeljohns karate/ kickboxing school at the age of 14. 12 years later I am lucky enough to still train as a professionally ranked fighter in MMA and boxing. Being a professional athlete overall health and wellness has become a way of life.

After working as a fire fighter paramedic for 5.5 years I decided to expand my knowledge of helping others on another level and enrolled myself in teacher training at a Shivinanda Ashram. With my increased want to balance my own busy life , I learned by teaching yoga l can bring that to others as well. Still actively professionally fighting I am always looking for new ways to stay fit.

That is where TRX became part of my life. I became a certified TRX instructor and am extremely excited to teach this cutting edge workout to everyone!
