I am a 20-year old with Down Syndrome and all the associated disabilities, except one. I focus on my God given abilities. After doing an Olympic Triathlon in January, I have three goals by the age of 21:

1. IRONMAN 70.3 by May 2020 - DONE

2. IRONMAN 140.6 by Nov 2020 - Scheduled

3. Publish a book - 1% Better - In Progress Share my Message What wouldn't you do if you knew you could not fail? My story will inspire you to BELIEVE you can achieve more with a simple PLAN I follow to build a 1% Better HABIT. If I can achieve so much with so little so fast, IMAGINE what YOU can do?
