Episode 583 - Rising Warrior

DR. LANCE DAVIS DC MS

Lance spent 5 years as an infantryman in the active duty Army with 2 deployments under his belt. A few years after his contract ended with the Army and a few twists in life, he was diagnosed with PTSD. He started his healing journey like most veterans, with treatment through the VA. Very quickly he realized that he needed better help than what the VA was providing. After jumping down the rabbit hole of alternative heath, several years, hundreds of books, many seminars, teachers, mentors, blood, sweat and tears he found out what has worked for him and many other veterans. His goal in life is to help the Warriors help themselves and turn around and help others.

SEAN LAZIO

Sean enlisted in the Army in 2008 as cavalry scout (19D). After finishing out his active duty obligation, including a deployment to Afghanistan (2010-2011), he transitioned straight into going to school at Adrian College where he later obtained his BA in Philosophy. In June of 2013 while attending school, Sean took over a failing CrossFit gym and quickly turned it around. In the winter of 2015, he also went back to the active reserves and joined a PSYOP unit in Grand Rapids, MI where he would support in the training of new soldiers while he finished out the remainder of his initial contract.

Upon getting out, he struggled to fit in and found himself isolated, frustrated, depressed, anxious and misunderstood… all of which led him on his journey to healing and growth. When conventional answers didn’t work, he took a stand and instead sought other options that led him to the likes of different modalities such as NLP, somatic therapy, TRE, and other sustainable practices that have led to a healthier life, self empowerment, and fulfillment. He now teaches and shares those same tools in his coaching practice.
